We've already had some excitement in K-2 this month:
- JESSE lost his first tooth! He told us he was so excited, he cried!
- K-2 presented their "All About Me" posters to the class yesterday. Great job, everyone! We have posted them in the hallway outside our classroom...feel free to drop in and check them out.
- Our school raised over $1 000 for the Terry Fox Run today! Well done, guys! MARTINA was the school leader in pledges, with $140. We are also very proud of HAYLEY, who walked the whole way from the monument to Pebble Beach without getting a ride - though she was "definitely NOT going to walk home!" Thanks again to all the moms that walked (and drove) along with us, gave us water and fed us popsicles. Your support helps to make events like these possible, and we appreciate you.
We are sad to report that all of our caterpillars have passed away. Our milkweed plant, however, is going strong. You win some, you lose some.
